returns & cancellations

As all our products are custom-printed to order, we cannot offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges
under the following conditions:

Exchanges are only available for larger sizes.

The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To Initiate an Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send the new size to you.
Please Note:

The cost of return shipping and any other associated fees are the buyer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items
lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email orders@nephthysillustrated.com
with a photo of the damage, and we will resolve the issue for you.

Cancellations:

All our prints are made to order, which means once your order has been placed, it is automatically sent and
processed by our printing team. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been received
and processed.
