1. Registration and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

All prices include materials unless otherwise stated.

Workshop fees do not cover transportation, parking, or accommodation.

2. Cancellation Policy

All tickets are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and materials are prepared in advance.

We understand that unexpected things can happen. In special circumstances, we may be able to review your situation — please email socials@nephthysillustrated.com before your workshop date.

If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know their name and contact details at least 24 hours before the session.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person.

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance with the new attendee’s name and contact information.

The original ticket holder is responsible for all financial arrangements with the new attendee.

4. Workshop Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low attendance, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, you’ll be offered a full refund or the chance to reschedule.

We are not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) resulting from a cancellation.

5. Workshop Content and Materials

All materials are included unless stated otherwise.

All illustrations and designs remain the intellectual property of Nephthys Illustrated.

Tote bags made during the workshop are for personal use only and may not be used commercially.

The final outcome of your product depends on your care and attention to the process.

6. Health and Safety

Safety instructions must be followed at all times.

The heat press machines operate at high temperatures and must only be used under staff supervision.

We are not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate.

7. Photography and Social Media

We may take photographs or short videos during the workshop for promotional use on our website and social media.

By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you'd prefer not to be, please let a member of staff know at the beginning of the session.

Feel free to share your creations and tag us — we love seeing what you make.

8. Personal Belongings

We are a private working studio. While the space is secure, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

9. Behaviour and Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, offensive, or unsafe manner. No refund will be issued.

Please treat all participants and staff with respect and kindness.

10. Age Restrictions

This workshop is open to participants aged 8 and above.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or carer at all times.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms and conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By booking and attending a workshop, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and understand that there may be inherent risks involved in using tools or equipment such as heat presses.

Nephthys Illustrated Ltd and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop, unless caused by proven negligence. All participants are expected to follow safety instructions and use equipment responsibly under supervision.
